Disease Detection Through Nail Color

It is important to pay attention to your nails. In addition to supporting the appearance, nails can also reveal the health problems you might encounter.

White nails, could be a sign of disease in the liver, whereas the red nails, a sign of disturbance in the heart. So do not ever underestimate the presence of your nails as part of a very important body.

American Academy of Dermatology says, the condition of the nails can indicate the possibility of disease, among others:

* Heart or liver disease can be seen from the changing color of the nails white.
* Nails are some pink and some are white, can be a sign of kidney disease.
* The color red nails can be characteristic of heart disease.
* Lung disease usually can be seen from the nails thicken and yellow with a very slow growing.
* You may have anemia, if you look pale nails.
* Diseases of diabetes can be seen from the nails that tend to have a yellow tinge at the bottom or base of the nail.
